Fence installation in Nampa
In the older parts of Nampa most of our work is replacement rather than new line. Chain link that has lost its tension, or cedar that has stood long enough for the bottom rail to give out. Those lots are tight and usually share a line with a neighbor on both sides, so we walk the property line and talk through who owns what before anything comes out of the ground.
Past the city limits the work changes entirely. Pasture fence, pole fence and field fence go up on acreage, and the gates get wide enough to let equipment through. Nampa also generates more repair calls than any other town on our list, and most of them are wind. A cedar fence that has been up fifteen years will lose a panel or lean a whole run of posts after a hard spring blow.

On repair work
There is no minimum on a repair. A broken latch, one wind damaged panel, a leaning post or a rotted bottom rail are all normal calls for us, and we would rather come fix one section than have you wait until the whole run goes. A fair number of our Nampa repair customers called us back later for the whole fence.

Do you take small fence repairs in Nampa?
Yes, and there is no minimum. A broken gate latch, a single wind damaged panel, a leaning post or a rotted bottom rail are all normal calls. Call (208) 344-1351 and describe what happened and we can usually tell you over the phone roughly what it will take.
Can you fix wind damage to a cedar fence?
That is one of the most common calls we get in Nampa. Usually it is a panel or two and a few posts that have worked loose, and we can put it back without touching the rest of the run. If the posts are rotted at grade across the whole fence we will tell you that instead of selling you a repair that fails again next spring.
Do you install fence outside the Nampa city limits?
Yes. Pasture fence, pole fence, field fence and barbed wire on acreage are regular work for us, and we build gates wide enough for a tractor or a trailer. Tell us the opening you need and we will build to it.
What if the fence sits on a line I share with a neighbor?
We will walk it with you before we start. We are not surveyors, so we build to the line you tell us is yours, and on a shared line it is worth having that conversation with the neighbor first. It is a much easier conversation before the old fence comes out than after.
